Carlos Cello, is a multifaceted cellist, composer, and content creator from Venezuela. His journey began with the piano before he discovered the cello, an instrument whose rich sound led him to the National Academy of Cello thus becoming a teacher for the El Sistema and a member of two of Venezuela’s top symphony orchestras: Simon Bolivar and the Lara State Symphony Orchestras, where he was mentored by Gustavo Dudamel, and William Molina.
His pursuit of music led him to the U.S. on a full-bright scholarship, studying at Shenandoah University under Thomas Shaw, Vasily Popov, and Julian Schwarz, and earning a master’s at George Mason University with Dr. Dorotea Racz. During this time, he distinguished himself by winning first prize in both the Virginia Music Teachers Association and the Student Soloist Competition, performing the Elgar and Shostakovich cello concertos. Carlos’ two greatest sources of inspiration are the renowned cellists Hauser and Tina Guo, both of whom currently hold significant roles in the global musical arts community
across the globe.

Carlos has performed at renowned venues including Capital One Hall, the Kennedy Center, Strathmore Concert Hall, and Wolf Trap, with the Shenandoah, Fairfax and Arioso Symphony Orchestras.
